BARS. Energy efficiency - the complex information and analytical solution. Provides decision making process on the basis of analytical and statistical information on a status of a power complex. The solution helps to control planning process and executions of actions for increase in energy efficiency of the subject of the Russian Federation, to attract investments on actions for energy efficiency from non-budgetary sources.

On December 24, 2013 the BARS GROUP company announced a release of the new information and analytical solution focused on the organizations of the budget sphere of the housing-and-municipal sector.

Appointment

The budget sphere is one of the largest consumers of the energy resources spending a considerable part of budgetary funds for their payment.

Within implementation of state policy in the field of energy saving the following objects are set for budgetary institutions of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation:

• decrease in amount of consumption of energy resources;
• organization of accounting of consumption of energy resources;
• organization of carrying out power inspection;
• drawing up the power passport based on power inspection;
• control of implementation of actions in the field of energy saving and increase in power efficiency;
• planning of investments for development of the industry;

• collecting, storage, authenticity, the analysis and providing information for "The state information system of energy saving and increase in power efficiency";
• creation of conditions for increase in investment volume from non-budgetary sources for actions for energy saving and increase in energy efficiency;
• end-to-end monitoring of accomplishment of programs and projects of energy saving;

"BARS. The energy efficiency is Inventory"

The accounting system integrating in a common information space of all participants of energy saving in the budget sector: industry departments of the subject, budgetary institutions, power accountants, SRO, departments which are responsible for energy saving of the subject.

A system provides a possibility of maintaining a power profile of budgetary institution which represents a data set of indicators and indicators of energy efficiency of the organization.

Internal and external data which or are entered by the persons responsible for energy saving of the organization are data sources of a power profile, or are imported from files of the third-party systems. In particular, the power passport made based on power inspection is the most reliable source of data on a power profile of the organization.

Important subsystem of formation of a power profile is scheduling - the effective instrument of energy saving allowing to register remotely indications of metering devices, to carry out operational monitoring of indications of metering devices and to carry out the centralized control of operation modes of the processes happening on the serviced objects.

Dispatching system provides solving of tasks:

• updating of a power profile and the power passport of organization in the Online mode;
• optimization of operation modes of technology equipment, increase in its resource and increase in energy efficiency;
• security, transmission of messages abnormal (security and fire) signallings.

On the basis of data of a power profile functions of monitoring, control and report generation are implemented:
