BARS. Web Management of Development of the Region

Proposed solution is the web portal developed on governing bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation and all subordinated organizations in the socially important industries. Problems of automation of acceptance of statistical reporting are solved within the concept of SaaS (Software as a Service, the Software product as service). Thanks to application of the uniform data warehouse on several orders the labor input of implementation and maintenance of a monitoring system of high-quality indicators of the industry of culture becomes simpler.

For creation of uniform information base the uniform database server with secure channels which carries out work in the mode 24 hours a day 7 days a week is installed. Solution "BARS. Web Management of Development of the Region" is multiplatform and can function on Windows platforms, Linux, Apple and to use Microsoft Office, Open Office for formation of output documents that is especially relevant in traffic conditions of public sector of economy of Russia towards the open source.
