Construction management - a product for information support of the large infrastructure projects on construction and reconstruction executed within target investment programs.
On August 22, 2016 BARS GROUP announced Construction management development of functionality and opportunities of software.
System core - a subsystem Project management. She acts as the instrument of preparation of the diagram of construction, appointment of contractors, arrangements of tasks, control of their accomplishment. Work of staff of the department supervising construction is so systematized, the effectiveness of interaction of its divisions and achievement of basic performance indicators increases.
The subsystem gives the chance of formation of uniform archive of the project documentation, consolidating gigabyte information arrays on each object. Implementation of a subsystem Project management involves systematization of accounting of all project documentation in the form of the passport of the project, photo, video records, the scanned documents. At accomplishment of each task in uniform storage the archive of confirmatory materials forms.
In the most large-scale projects on it do not stop: there is a need to automate particularly complex and routine activity - implementation of a subsystem "Formation of the negotiated prices" gives the chance to automate calculation and formation of the protocol of the starting maximum price of the contract, using different techniques of calculations. Ready calculation undergoes approval, is vised by the electronic signature and remains in the single database.
In a subsystem Financial activities are reflected cash flow in all stages of construction:
- receiving the approved financing limits,
- preparation and tendering,
- signing of the contracts,
- formation of acts of the performed works,
- payment
- formation of balance sheet documents for transfer of an object to operating organizations.
Information of a subsystem of financial activities is, as a rule, synchronized with data of other components of the Construction management system, the risk of errors and loss of data as a result decreases, the transparency of information on the selected and mastered financing limits, flexibility of management of cash flows, speed of check and approval of documents increases. Knowledge of the events is maintained by the option "Morning paper": for each financier involved in the project the operational report about a delay of financing of objects forms.
The subsystem "Automation of object passing on balance" accompanies the final stage of construction. She allows to use collected information on a work progress and to create a packet of balance sheet documents. As a result information is not duplicated, not lost, and object passing process to operating organizations on balance happens more effectively.
Distribution of information between the different organizations reduces efficiency of its use. The subsystem Integration helps to facilitate effects of these processes. For example, within the Mosgorzakaz IT project implemented by BARS GROUP in cooperation with department of information technologies and the Moscow Department of Construction electronic interaction of a system with information resources of a construction complex of the capital is provided: Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development, Mosgosekspertiza, Moscow Committee for State Oversight in Construction, Stroyinvestition, "Management of town-planning activity".
Uniform "cloud" includes more than 40 services. It helped to simplify transfer and processing of project, allowing, financial documentation and other data and to influence indirectly reduction of terms of construction.
Upgrade of the functions "Construction managements" will help contract organizations to create detailed work plans, to keep account of work and executive documentation. Signing of all documents the electronic digital signature will allow to refuse paper document flow.
For the head implementation of the automated workplace by means of which he will come into the broad picture of dynamics and projects statuses is possible. On any changes of the diagram a system will predict shift of terms.
