BARS GROUP: Service of bank guarantees

"Service of bank guarantees" — the portal allowing to automate application for the bank guarantee and also process of approval of its receiving.

2018: Announcement

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of "the National Center of Informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), in February, 2018 announced that it automated obtaining bank guarantees for participation in the state biddings, having developed the Service of Bank Guarantees portal.

The task of the portal consists not only in automation of application for the bank guarantee, but also process of approval of its receiving. Using the portal the employee of the company (the client of bank) or the broker will fill out the questionnaire and to load all necessary documents. Further document flow, check of the legal entity on stop factors and assessment of solvency will automatically take place in an information system. The client will be able to keep track of the status of the movement of the request at each stage. And for an operational feedback the client and the employee of the bank will be able to correspond in a chat.

It is supposed that on the portal the following modules will function: "personal accounts" of clients, brokers and employees of the bank and also sections where all necessary reporting, and modules of which documents are certified by electronic digital signatures is unloaded.

As of February 22, a system is in trial operation. As a result of its implementation choice reaction time — will accelerate according to BARS GROUP, all process from application before its issue will be 4 hours. Interaction of employees of the bank, clients of bank and brokers in the field of providing bank guarantees is optimized.
