2025: Addition of AI Assistant
The company "First Bit" on October 6, 2025 announced the expansion of the capabilities of the BIT.FINANS system through the [[|system integration|integration]] of artificial intelligence technologies. The AI Assistant is a ready-made tool with flexible settings for routine automation and deep analytics. AI is embedded in key financial processes: from checking payments and analyzing reporting to coordinating documents. For each task, a flexible configuration of system promts is available, where the duties of the assistant and even his level of creativity are set.
The system supports AI models: OpenAI, YandexGPT, GigaChat and Gemini. Users can select a model for each process. For companies that are not ready to transfer data abroad, safe options are provided: Russian providers or local deployment on client servers with the help of First Bit experts.
| Our goal is not just to give the business a fashion tool, but to integrate it into specific business processes, where it will bring maximum effect. In fact, we have created digital doppelgangers for key professionals - the comptroller, the lawyer, the purchaser. This allows the manager to receive a ready-made, professional review of a document or activity in seconds rather than hours. For business, this means not only saving dozens of working hours, but also a significant reduction in the risks of human error or fraud, - said Viktor Aglichev, Product Director of BIT.FINANS of First Bit. |
This functionality allows you to configure personal AI assistants for employees of different departments - from economists to CEOs. In system promts, you can prescribe in detail the duties of an assistant, analysis criteria and even the level of creativity.
Key AI capabilities in "BIT.FINANS":
AI-scoring payments. The system checks each transaction, analyzing budget limits, counterparty data, analyst correctness and availability of supporting documents. The payment is assigned a risk rating of 0 to 10. Low-risk payments are automatically sent to the treasurer, and suspicious transactions are sent to the CFO for review. This approach reduces the likelihood of errors and fraud.
AI assistant for document approval. When sighting a contract or request, the system automatically generates a summary: checks budget compliance, analyst correctness and identifies potential risks. This speeds up decision-making by managers and reduces approval time by several times.
Analysis of financial statements with recommendations. The system converts figures from reports (for example, budget turnover) into text memos. The user receives a ready-made analysis with identified problems, risks and optimization recommendations, which eliminates the need for deep immersion in numbers.
Working with documents in workflow. The system analyzes contracts, memos and other documents for errors and risks, and then provides a brief squeeze and a final recommendation - to sign the document or not. Additionally, AI can automatically fill in the details (counterparty, cost item) based on the analysis of the attached files.
The capabilities are already available to users of BIT.FINANS of version of Holding, and in the next updates the company plans to expand the functionality of intelligent assistants and add new use cases.
In addition, free - is available to everyone to get acquainted with the key features of BIT.FINANS. Telegramboat The service is able to answer questions about working with the system, help in configuring reports, find the necessary functions and identify errors, including by screenshot. The bot makes all decisions based on its own knowledge base, including manuals, articles and instructions, and its training is conducted exclusively on internal data.
