BIT. Motor transport

Company "1C: The first BIT" announced in May, 2013 release of the new software solution "BIT. Motor transport" based on "1C:Enterprise 8" intended to solve problems of complex business process automation of control of motor transport at the enterprises of any scale and the industry.

The program is specially created for motor transportation, logistic, manufacturing, agricultural, distributor and trade enterprises, cargo carriers and all organizations where there is own motor transport. According to developers, "BIT. Motor transport" will allow to facilitate operation of managers, heads of transport division, chiefs of vehicle fleet.

So, automation based on "BITS. Motor transport" solves the whole complex of problems, including: planning of loading of the vehicles (V), passings of TO and repair of motor transport; management of requests for use of vehicles one-time and during the period; consolidation of all data on the vehicle in one reference book; accounting of fuel and lubricants regulation/fact, application of formulas of automatic calculation of fuel; fixing of the issued fuel with types of gas station — gas station stationary and mobile, from the third-party partner, from a tank in a tank; settlement with partners; accounting of insurance of transport (COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE, CMTPL, GREEN CARD, etc.); registration of road accident, penalties and insured events; tracking of location of transport, motion speed, run accomplishment to destination at the expense of GPS/GLONASS of monitoring; filling in the automatic mode of official reports and printed forms of waybills for all types of motor transport — cars, the taxi, cargo vehicles, buses and many others; the reporting for the complex analysis on all sections.

According to "1C: The first BIT", as a result of use of the program the controllability vehicle fleet increases, control over drivers amplifies, time for accomplishment of routine transactions is reduced. Also inappropriate use of motor transport and an unauthorized consumption of fuel and lubricants decreases. At the same time, the user can receive any report in the program "BIT.
