BIT. Telephony - the complete solution for the organization of telephony at office.

On June 24, 2015 The First BIT company announced an output to the market of the solution "BIT. Telephony".

As a part of a complex three modules for automation, the analysis and management of calls, monitoring of work of personnel.

The product is focused on the companies having department of active sales (logistic, construction, wholesale) and also the organizations providing information, technical support and customer service through contact centers - taxi services, the medical centers, service organizations, etc.

In difference of the product released earlier the company "BIT: Phone", "BIT. Telephony" automates all business processes, work-related office telephony, reduces capital and operating costs of its organization, and at the expense of the analytical component gives to owners of the companies an opportunity to make the weighed management decisions.

As a part of the solution three modules:

  • BIT. Automatic telephone exchange – the full-fledged IP PBX consisting of the hardware and software system distributing calls from any device (the smartphone, the tablet, a desktop) and managing them. Allows to minimize costs for communication.

  • BIT. Analytics of automatic telephone exchange – the solution for control and job analysis of personnel, customer interaction and general monitoring of work of telephony in the company using evident reports.

  • Bits.Phone – the universal softphone for the programs created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Increases efficiency and quality of work of employees, ensures safety of the customer base, automates and optimizes work of sales departments.

Their use helps to solve several problems:

  • ensuring business with the IP telephony;
  • integration of branches into a uniform information structure and the organization of short extensions for employees;
  • decrease in loads of the secretary and reduction of links to the target employee at an incoming call;
  • decrease in number of the missed calls and their fixing;
  • organization of a call recording and simple access to them;
