BIT. Tools for business - service for work with receivables.
On July 13, 2016 First BIT filled up a line of software products for work with partners and tenders as service "BIT. Tools for business".
Software helps to trace quickly results of tenders on the main marketplaces and to obtain data on victories of partners directly from 1C base. All this will allow to work with receivables more effectively.
Service "BIT. Tools for business" are started from the 1C: Accounting 8 program of the company user. After start the report in the Excel format which will contain data on victories of partners of the company in biddings is generated. Data arrive from more than 30 platforms, including zakupki.gov.ru, Sberbank-AST and Fabrikant.
On the basis of these data the company can build the strategy of work with receivables, look for options of cooperation with winners of tenders for additional goods and services.
In a current economic environment "receivables" are a trouble of many companies. Often to pay in a key cause of failure of the partner is classical "there is no money". Therefore at a certain control of successful tenders the company can trace new financial opportunities of partners debtors. "BIT. For business" it allows to do tools without effort. The companies do not need to be put expensive and "heavy" software – to download from the website enough and to start the small program in which data exchange between 1C base and tender platforms is already configured. |
By default service provides data of monitoring on the construction industry, however the user can select any industry or configure keyword-based search. Thanks to an open program code 1C specialists on client side can make also other additional settings – for example, selection of winners of tenders only among partners with receivables.
