Program "BIT: IT-Grad Real estate administration 8" comprises all functionality "1C: Accounting 8" and also allows to automate and to significantly increase efficiency of management companies in management of lease and operation of buildings. The costs planning mechanism is provided in a system. Actual costs are defined by cost value of the spent resources (materials, labor power, etc.). In the program material accounting in a warehouse and in work, customer relationship management and personnel management is implemented. For heads of different levels a system contains reports which are used for monitoring and the analysis of activity of the enterprise.
