The ELMA company provided in May, 2017 the free tool for business process modeling in the browser. The online service of BPMN.Studio allows to create processes using reference designations of a notation of BPMN 2.0, to tie them to organizational structure of the company and to share links to models of processes with colleagues. The created processes then can be exported one album – they will automatically be packed into one document.
The cloud service of BPMN.Studio also includes several tools:
- Support of office applications.
Allows to insert the image of a process model into the document MS Word easily. Just select the necessary part of process or all scheme, copy in the buffer and insert into the document.
- Multipage printing of large scale circuits of processes.
If the business process model difficult, with a large number of transitions, it is not located on printed page. Or elements turn out too small and unreadable. In BPMN.Studio there is no such problem. Service automatically breaks models of processes into pages and supports function of multipage printing.
