ML-module of verification rules generation

On December 4, 2025, BPS Innovative Software Solutions introduced the ML module for the banking sector to process huge amounts of data and make decisions with minimal delay. This module is included in the Fraud Prevention System (Registry entry No. 3625 of 28.06.2017) and allows fraud officers to independently train the data model.

How the ML module works for automatic generation or recommendation of rules: based on the identified patterns, the module forms new validation rules, expanding the typical set of scenarios.

As of December 2025, setting up rules is a key element of the system's anti-fraud. They are formed and configured manually on the team side of the fraud officers. The ML module is a tool that can help generate rules automatically based on previously identified and flagged fraudulent transactions.

Data markup is carried out by almost all banks that are looking towards reducing frood transactions. So, this item, although it is a need for machine learning, is also already at the disposal of the banks themselves. In our Fraud Prevention System, we provide the ability to automatically generate rules based on marked up historical data.
