Basware Invoice Processing

The solution Basware provides comparison of purchase orders both on headings of the processed documents, and in the lines. It allows to process the most various combinations automatically: one account with one order, several accounts with one order (partial billing), one account with several orders (consolidated account) and also several accounts with several orders. The solution Basware Invoice Processing is integrated with SAP in real time and supports different processing of accounts and their automation.

The companies Basware Avenir IT-Solutions were developed and presented the solution for large investment and construction holding in May, 2011. This solution integrated a system 1C and automation of processing of all types of primary accounting documentation and also allowed to optimize the connected financial processes.

Within cooperation integration of the Basware Invoice Processing system with a popular accounting system of 1C was for the first time successfully implemented. The solution received as a result of it allowed the customer to integrate an accounting system of all the divisions in a uniform circuit, to enter a unified plan of accounts and to adjust hands-off processing of all primary documentation. Thanks to tripartite integration and synchronization of the systems Basware, 1C and the bank client, any account consistently undergoes entry procedures in a system, fillings, statements and payments. At the same time payment of account automatically is reflected in postings of a 1C system and in transactions bank client. Thus, the staff of the company can obtain at any time any analytical information on the current financial processes.

For ensuring the most correct data transmission, the decision to integrate a 1C system with an information system of the head company was made. Thanks to the fact that all documents undergo synchronization with reference books of Basware, and all information coming to a system is characterized by the high level of detailing, it is possible to transfer all necessary documents to an accounting system where the reporting according to all requirements of the legislation is prepared further and managerial reports for the head company are formed.
