BlueJeans Meetings allows the licensed users to plan video meetings directly in Outlook. BlueJeans is a global platform for providing exclusive opportunities for meetings in a workplace which increase performance and keep in contact with people. The company aims to simplify video conference, allowing people to communicate with each other at any time, in any place and from any device. The superstructure of BlueJeans Meetings is intended in order that users could plan easily video conferences, even without leaving the Outlook calendar. A one click of the button plans meetings, and the relevant information on a meeting of BlueJeans goes using the invitation in the calendar. Users will need the license for BlueJeans account to plan meetings with a superstructure.^[1]

Specific Features: Service, not really popular in our country, for video conference of the corporate level. Russian-speaking (as well as Ukranian-speaking) there is no interface, but there is a huge number of options on data protection, calls with a large number of participants, and the prices at the same time not the most biting are supported.

Opportunities depend on a tariff plan. For example, in basic ($9.99 a month) it is possible to connect up to 50 people to a talk and to keep record of a meeting lasting up to 5 hours. The quantity of calls in a month is not limited.

Among professional functions - a possibility of a message of a note from an action to save tags, to create meetings with personal ID, to manage calls using the calendar, to share content, "share" a desktop, manage accesses for users, create private and group chats, etc. Also there is an antifraud protection, enciphering of data transmission and an opportunity to delete users.

In more expensive rate for $13.99 a month there is an analytics, ability to integrate with third-party services for communication (Teams, Slack) or other corporate products (Zoho, etc.). At last, here it is possible to connect up to 75 participants and to write meetings duration up to 25 hours.

At last, the corporate rate means more customization, the personal manager, to 100 participants, etc. (it is more than details - on a screenshot below and on the website of service).

Compatibility with TrueConf Server

On January 22, 2020 the company TrueConf announced achievement of compatibility domestic VIDEOCONFERENCING- systems TrueConf Server with popular cloud platforms web conferences — Zoom Cisco WebEx BlueJeans Meetings and LifeSize Cloud.
