2025: Integration with cGIS Pro

Borlas Group (Softline Group of companies) and SIGIS TECHNOLOGIES (GC VS Lab) on December 2, 2025 announced the integration of technologies for creating a digital twin and managing maintenance processes and repairs of production facilities. This solution includes the management of territories, assessment of technical condition and control of compliance of business processes in MR.

Integration of cGIS Pro with MRO LCS is implemented on a single technological stack, its key feature is to seamlessly combine solutions in one web interface. The unified information space aggregates data on the status of equipment, BIM models and the digital master plan of the territory, including the DEM. The current state of the equipment is displayed and analyzed taking into account the spatial location and relationship with BIM models, and the geoanalytical tool makes it possible to build thermal maps of the state of the equipment on the territory. At the same time, cGIS Pro provides the ability to include MRO data in analytical dashboards and integrate them with other information systems.

The solution provides customers with the opportunity not only to respond quickly to emergencies, but also to prevent them, ensuring the effectiveness of management decisions at the level of large industrial infrastructure facilities. At the execution level, the system allows you to detail the locations of incidents, plan measures to minimize risk and damage, and manage maintenance and repair activities. This enables businesses to predict risks, optimize costs, accelerate real-time decision-making, and reduce operating costs by providing:

  • reduction of decision-making time by 30-50% due to reduction of planning and operation cycle;
  • increase the life cycle of objects by 15-25% due to resource optimization and risk reduction;
  • Reduce downtime by 25-35% and incidents by 20%
  • Increase team performance by automating processes by 40%.

The creation of a single information space as part of a digital territory twin eliminates "gaps" between departments, increasing the transparency and efficiency of their interaction, reducing data errors, which contributes to better compliance with norms and standards, as well as accelerating innovations in project activities.

The integration of Borlas Group and SIGIS TECHNOLOGIES own solutions opens up additional opportunities for visualization, data analysis and monitoring of the state of objects of the digital twin of the territory. Industrial holdings and state corporations, infrastructure enterprises, developers, design organizations, operators of building and structure complexes, city services housing and utilities management and many other our customers have received a tool that allows them to literally look at the picture "from above" for making strategic decisions, - said Egor Kukushkin, commercial director of the Borlas Group.

2024: Inclusion in the Register of Russian Software

On July 2, 2024, the Borlas Group announced the inclusion of the Mobile Maintenance and Repair Management System (MSS MRO) in the Register of Russian Software of the Ministry of Digital Development.

LCS MR implements the entire basic set of functions for control of maintenance and repair processes.

The system is focused on working with mobile devices, allowing technological personnel to audit objects subject to control and perform equipment maintenance.

One of the advantages of the development is the expanded functionality of regulatory reference information management, which allows you to significantly reduce labor intensity and reduce the time for the implementation of LSW MRO.

The use of the system reduces the duration of planning M&R activities, reduces technological risks and the number of unscheduled downtime of production equipment.

The solution can be located both in the "cloud" infrastructure (subscription service) and on the customer's servers.

The development project was implemented with the support of the Innovation Assistance Fund within the framework of the Development program, aimed at companies that already have experience in creating and selling their own knowledge-intensive products and are planning to develop and develop new types of products.

When developing this solution, we aimed to take full advantage of our experience in implementing large Western Enterprise Asset Management systems in industry. The system is intended for heads of repair and operation departments, employees of planning departments, quality control, labor protection, industrial safety and the environment. One of the key features is that it was possible to create a universal lightweight solution that allows you to adapt to changing business needs and does not require high costs for configuring, supporting and integrating into the customer's IT ecosystem.
said Egor Kukushkin, Commercial Director of Borlas Group.

2023: Presentation of Maintenance and Repair Management System

On May 22, 2023, Borlas announced that it would create a domestic maintenance and repair management system.

The solution of Borlas API LLC - Mobile Maintenance and Repair Management System (MRO) will operate on Russian and freely distributed software.

The development project started in November 2022 and is already at the final stage of the first phase - "creating a Master System."

LSW MR is intended for enterprises of any profile that need to effectively manage their technical fleet and optimize the costs of its maintenance and repair.

The system is easy to use, an intuitive interface does not require long-term training of employees.

The MRO LSW is focused on working with mobile devices, allowing process personnel to audit facilities subject to control and perform equipment maintenance:

The Planner Engineer shall create tasks in the Master System for equipment maintenance and repair and/or process control.

The tasks are transferred to the mobile devices of the performers, who have the opportunity to record all performed operations, used materials and actually spent time during the work. The functionality of the system allows you to perform photo, video and audio recording of detected defects. All recorded results are transferred to the central database of the Master System.

MRO LCS provides:

  • Management of regulatory reference information of MR (NSI) containing information on objects subject to control, standards and standards, plans and schedules of MR, contractors, etc.
  • Planning of M&R activities and control of technological processes taking into account priorities, resources, terms, criticality of equipment and registered defects.
  • Monitoring the technical condition of objects to be monitored using data from sensors, mobile devices and other sources.
  • Preparation for M&R by forming tasks, load distribution, selection of materials and tools.
  • Monitoring of MR and process execution in compliance with the required standards.
  • Analyze the results and quality of work performed to identify variances and find opportunities to reduce production costs.

The development project is being implemented with the support of the Innovation Assistance Fund within the framework of the Development program, aimed at companies that already have experience in creating and selling their own knowledge-intensive products and are planning to develop and develop new types of products.
