The main functional feature of the device is an opportunity to accept to participate in electronic vote. It is possible to vote by means of five colored touch buttons - Presence, Pro, Contra, "Refrain", "Against vote" which are highlighted after opening of a session of vote by the chairman.

In the device the possibility of a ballot is implemented that provides impartiality of results. In this case indicators of vote will go out right after the delegate gave the vote that will allow other participants to avoid influence of the choice of the neighbor at decision-making.

Access to vote can be managed easily by means of user identification via the reader of NFC proximity cards which supports different registration cards during the action. For vote login the delegate just brings the existing registration card in a zone of operation of the reader.

Characteristics of the debatable panel:

• double use (using the additional license software) that provides cost reduction and is effective in the conditions of limited space;
• the Possible-To-Speak function - at activation of the indicator the participant can begin to speak simple clicking of the button of the microphone;
