The Bpium company announced in March, 2017 release of the solution Service Desk for acceptance and processing of addresses.
Service Desk on the Bpium platform is addressed to the companies which accept the entering addresses from clients. Process is expected two lines of service. The majority of requests is worked by operators of the first line. For this purpose they have prepared answers in Knowledge base. Engineers of the second line fix standard problems and start a change management process in the organizations. If necessary, the third line can be configured. The solution gives to the management the chance to control quality of work of personnel and execution by SLA company.

The Bpium platform represents the designer of individual corporate applications. Earlier on its basis CRM for long project sales and CRM for sales on a subscription were released. The different commercial and state organizations are executed project integration of Bpium with Oktell telephony.
