bpm’online lending is industry solution for the microfinance institutions issuing loans to individuals.

The application helps to maintain a complete register of borrowers, to make out requests, to fix issue of means and plan debt repayment in a single system. The solution contains more than 20 industry business processes of classical PDL crediting, analytics tools for obtaining the broad picture of interaction with the borrower.

A system contains the single database and supports management of all necessary customer information in one system. The solution integrates data on borrowers, guarantors, employees and departments of network in uniform base.

The product allows to manage flexibly a product portfolio of the company using the simple bpm'online lending tools. Without involvement of specialists of IT services it is possible to configure different financial and cross-product schemes, to determine parameters for selection of a product, to select a packet of necessary documents for a design.

It becomes easy to build work with potential clients on reference business processes. A system provides serial carrying out on each stage:

  • autocheck,

2014: Updating of the version of bpm'online lending

On August 26, 2014 the Terrasoft company announced about a release of the new version of the product bpm'online lending.

In the updated system a set of the ready reference processes automating credit operations at all stages of work with the borrower — from a design of a loan before Debt Collection processes is put. Idle time, unique for a product of financial market, and the intuitive interface does work in the system of the simplest and convenient.

Bpm’online lending automates processes of registration, consideration, verification and underwriting of the credit request, executing verification of the file of the borrower automatically that allows to reduce time for providing a loan. On each step of customer interaction the contextual interface provides to the manager only key information, increasing the speed and convenience of work with a system.

The front office solution automatically creates a necessary document package for each product, considerably simplifying process of documentary maintenance of a loan and excepting a possibility of an error. As a result, the indicator of TTC (Time To Cash) decreases up to 10 minutes.

Bpm’online lending allows to create or change any product quickly. Adding of a new product takes no more than three minutes that allows to react almost instantly to changes of customer needs, providing them optimal offers.

One of main advantages of the BPM platform — the flexible designer of business processes who allows to configure and start any business process quickly. Using a system the risk manager can assemble the new scoring card and change a decision-making order according to requests within 10-15 minutes that allows the company to adapt quickly under new market conditions.

Increase in transparency of customer interaction of Bpm'online lending allows to fix all operations which are performed by the manager in the course of customer interaction:
