On October 29, 2014 the Terrasoft group announced an exit of release of the bpm'online Real estate system.
The product helps real estate agencies to manage base of relevant offers on a real estate of all types: residential, commercial and also land plots. In a uniform point of order taking all customer appeals are fixed:

- personal meetings.
bpm'online real estate helps to integrate needs of buyers and the proposal of sellers. In a system automatic selection of listings according to the specific request, fixing of the list of all offers is available. Thanks to function of multicurrency project cost can be specified in any user-friendly currency.
A system helps to plan and carry out demonstrations according to the diagram excluding a possibility of pads.
Using bpm'online Real estate gallery loading and removal of images of objects, change of an order of a photo, representation to the client of photos and plans of the offered objects in the mode in full-screen viewing are available to the employee.

2015: There was a next version of bpm'online Real estate
On April 15, 2015 the Terrasoft group provided the following release of the version[1].
As a part of the updated product the built-in integration with zipal.ru service, more than 120 advertizing platforms are available to it to automatic placement of declarations of sale or commissioning of the objects of the real estate at once. At the same time a system controls completeness of the published data and informs if any parameters are not filled. On each listing the report on placement of declarations and also statistics of daily viewings is displayed.
Bpm’online real estate expands base of the offers available to the realtor, by means of import of listings from zipal.ru base. For loading of relevant offers it is enough to specify the interesting region and the period for which data are required. Listings can be loaded manually or automatically, with the specified frequency.
For saving of time of realtors for comparison of needs of buyers and proposals of sellers the possibility of selection of requests on listings is provided. A system will pick up suitable requests for several or all available listings and will send the notification to the realtor for further processing of the found options.
The new section Agreements is developed for simplification of process of preparation and approval of contractual documents according to each transaction. There is an opportunity to specify listings under the agreement, to fix chains of the connected documents, to prepare necessary printed forms and to vise agreements. And the built-in dashboards will help to analyze the general dynamics of signing of the contracts, to control their status, to configure own analytical cuts.
