BrandMaker is the software developed especially for marketing specialists.
It optimizes and automates processes:
- - planning and implementation of advertizing campaigns;
- - managements of media assets and advertizing budgets;
- - managements of a brand and corporate style;
- - interactions with branches and divisions of the company.
All range of tasks of marketing – from planning to the analysis of results – in a single powerful automated system.
A system works at the web platform. A core is the server/server group on which all user infrastructure of a system and the database is located. End users - the staff of customer organization - get data access through the normal web browser and use web applications for work with these data. At the same time for data processing computing powers of the server, but not computer of the end user are used. Installation of additional software on computers of end users is not required.
System architecture is modular. Each module includes itself a certain functionality and is intended for the solution of specific objectives. All modules are easily integrated with each other by the principle of the designer, allowing to create the individual solutions considering wishes and specifics of each specific customer organization. Modules also have ample opportunities on setup and an adapatation, including execution of the interface in the corporate style of customer organization, adding/removal of functions, modification of the interface, etc. The option of step-by-step implementation of separate modules, with obtaining operable solutions on each of stages is possible.
Today several tens of modules are developed for the solution of the most different groups of tasks.

"Marketing planning" and Job control.
The modules intended for the organization of work of departments of marketing in scales of all company. Allow to optimize planning processes, distributions of tasks, trackings of accomplishment of these tasks on the preset KPI, to monitor mastering of budgets for each project / task.
Media of Resources.
One of the key modules BrandMaker. Ensures the centralized functioning with documents, images, multimedia and data. Represents the centralized data warehouse equipped with functions of search, editing, downloading of files, leaving of comments during approval. Access to storage is possible on network from any computer, an input – by individual passwords.
Advantages of work with the module:
- Always up-to-date information about availability of media materials and about methods of their use.
- Both source files, and their variations for the different purposes are stored. Automatic converting in the necessary format.

"Web-to-Publish".
Allows marketing specialists independently, without the assistance of designers, to edit advertizing models (to change address blocks, the text, images, etc. - within observance of requirements of a brendbuk of the company). For this purpose certain templates in which elements of the corporate style are strictly fixed are loaded into a system and cannot be edited. Use of the module does not require design skills and installation of design programs though files of any format, including .indd, etc. can be edited.
Shop
The module for the companies with a wide range of products. Allows to store detailed information on each product with an opportunity to import these data to templates of promotional materials, directories, pages of online store, etc. Besides, the module it is possible to use for order placement of each product after internal networks - for example, to make out orders for a warehouse from each outlet.
