On April 27, 2020 Astra Linux Group, the domestic developer of the protected operating systems, reported that together with the Russian company Business Ecosystems, the resident of an IT cluster Skolkovo, tests on compatibility of the BE CMS software product and OS of the Astra Linux family successfully completed.

BE CMS developers provided on tests the sample software for remote control and monitoring of availability showing correct functioning in the Astra Linux Special Edition environments release Smolensk and Astra Linux Common Edition release Oryol. BE CMS reduces the average time of service due to secure remote access to jobs of users. Control of a desktop can be exercised at the same time of the user and the specialist of technical support. The solution allows to configure flexibly policy of access on the basis of security contexts, to perform quick search of computers, to trace their status and to collect inventory information and also to provide reliable recording of all actions of specialists of technical support.

The solution architecture includes the server of management BE CMS Manager and clients of remote access of BE CMS Endpoint Client which are installed on the user operating systems. All connections of administrators of BE CMS to sessions are performed only via the server of management, providing full control of communications.

Inclusion in the Unified register of the Russian programs

In December, 2017 the BE CMS Manager and BE CMS Endpoint Client software products of the resident of an IT cluster of Skolkovo Foundation, Business Ecosystems company are included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers or databases. The solution about inclusion of the BE CMS Manager software products (reg. number software 4105) and BE CMS Endpoint Client (reg. number software 4184) in the unified register of the Russian software it was accepted at a meeting of Expert advice on the Russian software of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. Representatives of federal executive authorities, institutes of the innovative development and also associations of the Russian software developers are a part of council.

Description of BE CMS

For December, 2017 a system has security feature set – an authentication mechanism using one-time passwords, differentiation of access rights on the basis of contexts of security and lists of access control, journalizing of connections and audit of the performed operations. The solution allows to manage tens of thousands of workstations irrespective of infrastructure and quality of communication channels that is especially relevant for a geodistributed network.
