"Business automation: The version history" is the addition to a line of the standard configurations "1C:Enterprise 8" intended for storage of the change history of reference books and documents, the analysis of changes to within value of details and an opportunity for rollback of data to the selected object version.
"Business automation: The version history" provides more detailed information on changes of documents and reference books, than the standard magazine of registration. At the same time the object list (documents and reference books) of the versions requiring registration can be configured personally.
Product "Business automation: The version history" can be easily integrated into any configuration based on 1C:Enterprise 8. At consolidation it is not required to make changes to objects of an initial configuration.
Features and program capabilities:
- storage of history of values of any document or reference book (details of the heading, table parts, author of changes, date and time of changes);
- evident viewing changes, each version in a graphic type;
- possibility of rollback to any object version;
- possibility of removal of unnecessary versions of objects (it is limited to access rights);
- possibility of viewing changes of objects with selections: on the author, a type of an object, introduction time change, etc.;
- possibility of setup of the object list demanding registration in a system without configuration change;
- fast transition to viewing the change history from any object of a system;
- service functions on work with data on changes: archiving of changes for the selected period and cleaning of changes for the selected period by the specified types of objects;
- possibility of fast integration with any configuration based on 1C:Enterprise 8, without making changes in objects of the main configuration;
- when using "Business automation: The version history" is stored in the database information only on changes of details of objects that does not lead to significant growth in the database and deceleration of work of users;
- storage of changes in a system is made in summary form that slightly affects report generation time, but significantly reduces required amount of memory;
- a system supports work with distributed databases.
A set of available reports and service functions can be limited at the level of access rights for each of users of a system.
