TsPIKS submitted in May, 2017 the platform of infrastructure management of virtual network services NFV – MANO which will facilitate to telecom operators and owners of DPC transition to a service oriyetirovannuyu architecture with the minimum investments. C2 Platform is developed according to a reference model of ETSI NFV MANO, supports all main business cases and interacts with the transport layer of network through standard protocols. The particular emphasis is placed on integration of services on information security.
C2 of Platform allows clients to avoid use of the hardware solutions implementing network services and to replace them with standard CPE devices, and to provide all services far off. Important feature of the platform is the universality of its use both in corporate, and in a telecom cloud.
In C2 of Platform support of the standardized languages of the description of third-party virtual functions (VNF) of TOSCA is implemented that provides loading in virtual infrastructure of services from different producers. Work with group on implementation based on the platform of different services on information security, such as Anti-DDoS, Web Application Firewall, IDS, VPN and others is at the moment conducted. Based on the platform Uda the system of cyberinvestigation Threat Intelligence Group-IB, protection against DDoS attacks against BEFIT company and the solution PT Application Firewal of Positive Technologies are implemented.
The platform allows to create and support chains of a set of network functions and to perform monitoring of each copy of VNF in real time. Thanks to unique operation algorithms and modules of orchestration and planning, it is possible to reach the maximum utilization of physical infrastructure and overhead reduction on support and development.
The solution TsPIKS will allow customers to construct the flexible infrastructure ready for implementation of the services demanded in the market and to considerably reduce time of an output of new products for the market. For convenience of customers standard installation develops Platform C2 based on OpenStack and all changes come down to the minimum network settings of the platform and their approval of settings of a transport network (VXLAN, GRE, MPLS).

PJSC VimpelCom (a brand Beeline) became the first telecom operator which tested possibilities of the platform. VimpelCom tested functionality of C2 of Platform regarding support of a chain of network services (management of services from third-party platforms).
