A system provides the ready to use given libraries IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 for simplification of process of drawing up and implementation of agreements on the service level. Instruments of tracking of lifecycle of agreements on the service level allow to make quickly necessary changes, at the same time function of control of versions allows to fix chronology and authorship of the made changes.
