CBC Group megapixel H10Z0819 optics

Product
Developers: CBC Group
Branches: Trade
Technology: Video surveillance systems

The CBC Group company released in the summer of 2015 a series of megapixel H10Z0819 optics which 4 zoom lenses with a range of focal distances from 8 to 80 mm enter. All models of a series are intended for work with 1.3-megapixel cameras of video surveillance with format matrixes up to 1/2', have an autodiaphragm with VD or the DC Iris management, support remote setup of focus and extent of scaling and use the filter of neutral density. In addition to it, zoom lenses of H10Z0819AMSP-MP and H10Z0819PDC-MP provide programming of presets of focusing and extent of approach using the built-in potentiometers.

For reliable fastening to the surveillance camera each zoom lens of a new series has a metal thread of S-type, and for installation of the different light filters improving quality of video fastening of M46x0.75 of mm is provided. Presence at new products of a mounting thread of standard 1/4" - 20UNC allows to set these zoom lenses on different supports or brackets. It should be noted that all optics of a line H10z0819khkh-MR is held for use not only in premises, but also in street conditions, at their installation together with the camera in a thermocasing with the corresponding class of protection.

Iris control of each zoom lens of a new series is performed automatically. At the same time the H10Z0819AMS-MP and H10Z0819AMSP-MP models use Video Drive technology and manage disclosure of a diaphragm on video signal from the camera with an accuracy of ±15% from its level and the configured sensitivity ranging from 0.4 up to 1.0 Vp-p. In comparison with them, zoom lenses of H10Z0819DC-MP and H10Z0819PDC-MP use DC Iris ARD which is regulated by a direct current. Irrespective of type of management of a diaphragm, all models provide a permanent illumination level of a matrix of the camera and fast adaptation to changes of external light conditions.

High-precision servo actuators of zoom lenses of a new line allow the operator of a video surveillance system to perform the remote choice of parameters of their focusing and multiplicity of increase (zoom) with the average time of response about 7 seconds. Thanks to application of high-quality glass lenses and a possibility of fast change of parameters of optics, including adjustment of optical increase to 10 krat in the range from 8 to 80 mm, these zoom lenses can be installed on megapixel IP cameras of video surveillance and to exploit them on objects, big on the area, including with the brisk movement.

Broad range of illumination levels with which zoom lenses of H10Z0819 series create a high-quality luminous flux is provided with disclosure of a diaphragm ranging from F1.9 to F1000 and the existence of the filter of the neutral density (ND Filter) excluding an image flare. At the same time the ND filter "participates" in processing of a luminous flux at excess illumination on an object when the aperture decreases and the filter evenly weakens all frequencies of a range of the passing luminous flux. At a lack of light zoom lenses increase the lens opening size therefore the filter of neutral density ceases to have an impact on intensity of the beams passing through a lens system.

Two H10Z0819AMSP-MP and H10Z0819PDC-MP models allow to set the preset parameters of their focus and zoom. For this purpose potentiometers which resistance changes along with changes of focal distance and multiplicity of a zoom lens are built in them. As to each position of zoom/focus there correspond certain values of resistance, zoom lenses allow to record them and to save in a telemetry receiver memory. At activation of presets on H10Z0819AMSP-MP and H10Z0819PDC-MP tension from the receiver will move until values of resistance of their potentiometers do not match saved.
