The Situation Center (SC) is a software, hardware and organizational complex for senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, ministries, departments responsible for energy efficiency and energy saving. The SC allows you to implement the requirements of Federal Law No. 261-FZ "On Energy Saving," to solve the problems of centralized collection of commercial and technological information from energy accounting facilities.
The project is based on the integrated automated system of EnergoGorod CAS, designed for comprehensive accounting of all energy resources, operational monitoring of the state of utility networks and automatic quality control of supplied and consumed resources. The system is already functioning (phased implementation is underway) in the city of Saransk and the Yaroslavl region, in the cities of Yaroslavl, Rostov the Great, Tutaev and Davydov.
