Solution "CMD-Soft: Microsoft Dynamic CRM for builders" is development (version) of specialized industry solution "CMD-Soft: Microsoft Dynamics CRM for real estate agencies". The solution is intended for simplification and improvement of sales processes of a real estate and customer service.

The solution allows to find quickly the complete information about a real estate in base and to issue the request of the client. It simplifies consultation process and also, accounting of all requests in a system, allows to avoid the "forgotten" clients, i.e. clients who were lost after their first address. For the builders implementing the real estate through a partner network in a system it is monitored partner interactions and interrelations with the buyers brought by them.

Often the builder will organize management company on the subject to building which is engaged in service of an object. The solution allows to plan interactions with owners, to do mailings and call-downs on important issues, to inform on debts and to control payment due dates. At the same time all customer information will be stored in a system, beginning from the first appeal to the company. Such tool allows to reduce operating costs of management company, helps to reduce debts on payment and provides individual approach to each client.

Functionality

The solution developed CMD-Soft based on Microsoft CRM gives to builders the following main functionality:

  • Accounting of primary addresses of potential clients (buyers, partners and tenants) and the organization of work with them according to internal procedures of the company;
  • Accounting of partner interactions and agents through which there is a property sale. Including a system allows to fix and control payments of the commissions to intermediaries in the transaction;
  • Accounting and storage of all data on the real estate offered for sale or leasing. The possibility of entering of different types of a real estate is provided in a system: apartments, country houses, office spaces, floor spaces, penthouses, townhouses, mansions. Fixing of an object to a certain partner (the exclusive seller) is provided;
  • Always it is possible to create from a system in a report type so-called "checkerwork". This report is under construction at the moment, i.e. quickly provides evident up-to-date information on subject to building. The "checkerwork" created from a system can be available to partners via the Internet (in the presence of the appropriate rights at partners). In particular, it can be taken out on the corporate website in the section "For partners";
  • Planning of customer interactions and partners (calls, demonstrations, negotiations) and an automatic reminder to the manager about scheduled events;
  • Maintaining an image bank of a real estate, storage of all electronic copies of documents on objects and transactions in a single system. A system can create the commercial offer on a template which is attached to a card and can be sent by e-mail to the partner, the potential buyer or the tenant;
  • Printing of all documents directly from the CRM system (agreements, acts, viewing orders, letters, questionnaires, commercial offers, etc.);
  • Automation of submission of advertisements and efficiency analysis of different advertizing sources. The history of publications of declarations for each real estate is conducted. The scheme at which with editions the advertizing manager is engaged in interactions is also provided, and declarations can be submitted by any realtor at fitting condition of the head of department;
  • Formation of the management reporting.
  • The solution automates processes of work with all types and the real estate markets: city (apartments, rooms, parking places), country (land plots, country houses), commercial, elite.

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS

Use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as technology basis of the solution gives ample opportunities of integration, including with the accounting and accounting systems (1C, Microsoft Navision, etc.), a corporate portal, the website of the company, and automatic telephone exchange (integration with office telephone exchange).

Separately It should be noted close integration with Microsoft Outlook which allows to work with a system directly from a window of a usual e-mail client, and all correspondence with clients and partners will be automatically duplicated in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. During the work from Outlook of a task and a meeting, planned in Microsoft CRM, are synchronized with tasks and meetings of Outlook, notifications on approach of completion date of a task or time of the forthcoming meeting appear.

Security

Implementing solution "CMD-Soft: Microsoft Dynamics CRM for builders" allows to structure and secure corporate information that in turn reduces risks of data loss about clients and ensures harmonious functioning of all staff of the company.

The flexible mechanism of setup of access rights in Microsoft CRM allows to configure the rights to reading, creation, editing, removal of separate subjects of information. Storage of the change history of fields will help to trace the companies who as when changed, to thereby reduce risk of loss of information and malicious actions from employees.
