On June 15, 2020 system integrator CTI provided the service Contact center Express allowing entrepreneurs to organize in short terms customer service on voice and to text communication channels messengers social networks with history logging of all interactions. The boxed solution is constructed on the platform Cisco UCCX and provides several versions of licenses.

The solution allows to start advertizing campaigns and telemarketing with centralized operation by outgoing call-down and mailings.

Kontakt-center Express is based on the product Cisco UCCX that guarantees qualitative result and opportunities for development. The service represents the boxed solution which is already incorporating everything necessary for work. Operational — within 3-4 weeks — deployment according to standard scenarios allows business to gain fast economic effect: the number of the lost addresses is reduced to zero, the customer loyalty increases by 49%, operating expenses and on 83% are cut down for 30% the efficiency of campaigns of outgoing call-down increases.

Kontakt-center Express is provided in several formats: it is possible to select both basic functions, and expanded, at the same time without overpaying. This solution is perfectly scaled depending on loading: performance improvement to 400 operators within proposed solution is possible.
