3D Machine Vision Recognition Software - the software of recognition for models of a system of three-dimensional machine vision: RV1100, RV300 and RV500.
On July 27, 2017 the Canon company announced an exit of software 3D Machine Vision Recognition Software version 2.0.0.
The systems of three-dimensional machine vision providing recognition of parts consist of a head 3D Machine Vision with the sensor and the distinguishing Vision 3D Machine program which processes data retrieveds. In combination with industrial robots the Vision 3D Machine system allows to automate processes of giving of parts on production lines[1].
In addition to types available earlier, now a system is capable with a high accuracy in the three-dimensional mode to distinguish flat and glossy parts. Updated software supports work with the trays open on the one hand for convenient access of the robotic manipulator, and trays which size exceeds the standard range of measurement, meeting the needs of production lines for the different industries, including production of cars and automobile parts, electronic industry.
Updating of the program will become available since July, 2017. Since July, 2017 the version will be established on RV1100, RV300 and RV500 model in standard execution.
