The PIXMA iP100 printer is equipped with the printing head FINE with the resolution of 9600 x 2400 dots per inch providing laboratory quality at mobile printing. The amount of an ink drop is only 1 picolitre, and the received photos differ in almost total absence of granularity. For printing the 5-colored system of ink including black pigmental ink for the excellent clearness of the text is used and blackened on the basis of dye for a quality printing of photos.

The print speed of black-and-white documents makes 20 p./min., and color documents — 14 p./min. • simple and convenient in use of software for printing of photos. Easy-PhotoPrint EX helps at type selection of the printing carrier and scaling and also allows to print calendars and models with several images. The program also supports such technologies of Canon as functions of automatic fixing of the image, correction of sharpness of persons and elimination of effect of "red eyes".
