EvaTeam has updated the EvaServiceDesk service management platform to version 2.30. This version of the product offers improved features that greatly simplify asset management for agents and improve the interaction of users who create claims. The developer announced this on August 18, 2025.

According to the company, when entering the header of the request by the client, the system, based on a smart search, selects suitable articles that can close the client's problem , which reduces the number of calls to the support service.
It also became possible to associate typical queries with specific articles using the function of adding keywords to articles. If they meet in the header entered by the customer, the system will show such articles in priority.
Agents see articles that fit the meaning of the task in a separate Recommended Articles block. Unlike clients, the agent has access to the entire list of found articles. The articles in this block are external and available to clients, so links can be copied and sent immediately in response to the client.
Now you can choose how ServiceDesk clients receive attachments in a notification to mail, a link to a portal, or a file in the body of the letter. This will allow customers to download attached files from the letter, without the need to go to the portal.
Compatibility with Rosa Chrome 12
EvaTeam and STC IT ROSA on February 13, 2025 announced the completion of compatibility tests of EvaTeam ecosystem products (EvaProject, EvaWiki, EvaServiceDesk) with the ROSA Chrome 12 operating system.
