2016: Announcement

On September 27, 2016 the concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (KRET, is a part of Rostec state corporation) provided the telemedicine CardioMarker complex. With its help it is possible to control a status of an organism and to transfer data to the medical center on the Internet.

The CardioMarker system includes the miniature wearable module fastening to area of heart which with a medical accuracy registers an electrocardiogram, temperature and pulse. The acquired information in an evident type is transferred in real time through a special bracelet or the smartphone to the doctor and the user.

In case of considerable exceeding of regulation of indicators of health the application will send the adequate notice. The complex defines violations in work of heart (arrhythmia, ischemia, etc. ) and analyzes a functional status of the person (fatigue degree, stress level, a stock of vital forces, capability of an organism to recovery). Such functionality is useful as at control and prevention of heart diseases, and in sports medicine.

KRET calls CardioMarker one of the first telemedicine devices in Russia. For the first time the device was shown to the Russian President Vladimir Putin at the end of 2015. By September of the 2016th the product went through a stage of prototyping and passes clinical trials. The beginning of serial production of a complex is planned on the third quarter 2016.

CardioMarker developed within creation of fighting Ratnik equipment passed tests in NIITs of aviation, space medicine and military ergonomics of Central Research Institute Air Force. The device received an appreciation and recommendations about application in military medicine, for operational assessment and remote monitoring of a status of different categories of military specialists, says Rostec.[1]
