In November, 2017 the Carestream Health company put on the market the device for printing and downloading of the images created by means of the equipment for medical visualization. The solution which received the name MyVue Center is intended for providing to patients more quick access to the conclusions of radiologists and to pictures.

The device allows patients to print or save results of visualization researches and the conclusion of specialists as soon as they become available on the USB drive. The procedure reduces concern of patients and allows them to be guided quicker in a situation, note in Carestream Health company.

The device can be installed in a waiting zone that patients could obtain necessary information in time, convenient for them — Mike Cullinan, the head of department of development of the equipment of the company noted. — Perhaps, the patient even should not return to the radiologist. He will just receive results via the special device, and the conclusion of the radiologist will be available in the general database of patients of the medical organization where the patient undergoes treatment.

Carestream MyVue Center

For obtaining results of research ultrasonography, MRT, etc. the patient needs to confirm only the personality using a barcode, and then to enter the date of birth. The patient can share data retrieveds with the attending physician and relatives as the device MyVue Center is integrated with the general database of patients.

Automation of transfer of results of medical researches and the conclusions of specialists of medical images will help to increase performance and to cut down expenses of the medical organization.

Access to a system is provided on the monthly rent, but the price is not set. The device MyVue Center is going to be shown at an exhibition of radiological society of North America (RSNA) in November, 2017.[1]
