The Electronic Registration service is developed by The Center of the Real Estate from Sberbank LLC (enters into group of Sberbank). The company provides the complex help in questions of real estate acquisition at all stages of the transaction - from the request for a mortgage loan before property right registration.

The Electronic Registration service allows buyers of apartments to register in new buildings the agreement with the builder without visit of Rosreestr or MFC. It is possible to submit documents for registration in Rosreestr in 15 minutes directly at offices of partner builders. In 5-7 days all participants of the transaction receive the registered documents for e-mail.

The largest of the connected partners: Urban Group (Moscow), Petrostroy (St. Petersburg), Vostsibstroy (Irkutsk).

Earlier the procedure of preparation, collecting, giving and document registration on primary housing through Rosreestr or MFC on average took up to 30 days.

"Electronic registration" is possible both for transactions with a mortgage of Sberbank, and for not mortgage transactions.

"Service of electronic registration of real estate transactions began to work in January, 2016 and was available only to transactions with ready housing. In a year we registered more than 26,000 transactions on all Russia. Now service works also for new buildings, and we are sure that it will enjoy popularity, especially considering a trend on recovery of construction of housing" — the director of management of work with partners of Sberbank Vasyov Nikolay noted.
