• Smart-1 devices provide centralized operation with all products Check Point. Using the SmartDashboard console the administrator can set and change security policies (for firewalls, VPN, IPS, endpoints of network, etc.), to monitor registration records, to conduct monitoring of activity in networks and concerning security, to browse trend reports on the basis of activity, on a centralized basis to carry out security updates and software.

• For reservation of a system, recovery in emergency situations and compliances to normative standards, Smart-1 devices provide to the 12th terabyte of the integrated storage system, support of Storage Area Networks (SAN) including high-performance fiber optic connection.

• Smart-1 devices support an ability to manage on the auxiliary channel thanks to what there is an opportunity to conduct remote monitoring and control of devices, including their service and administration. Also some additional opportunities among which the fiber optic module SAN, power supplies and hard drives supporting "hot" replacement are available.
