Circuit.ERP

"Circuit.ERP" — an integration complex for SAP solutions. A set of the solutions developed on the SAP ERP platform for the organization of the protected electronic document management.

Components

For June, 2020 the following modules are a part of the integration Circuit.ERP complex for SAP:

• Circuit.ERP Diadoc: exchange of electronic legally significant documents with partners through the Diadoc system
• Circuit.ERP Ekstern of the Social Insurance Fund of ELN: exchange of electronic leaves of disability with the Social Insurance Fund
• Circuit.ERP Focus: verification of information on partners and its subsequent analysis
• Circuit.ERP Ekstern of FTS: exchange of electronic documents with tax authorities (FTS)
• Crypto circuit.ERP: cryptoprotection of electronic documents of SAP due to use of KEP mechanisms using the Russian cryptoalgorithms

2020: Certification of the modules "Circuit.ERP "Diadoc/Ekstern" "/focus" on integration with SAP

On June 11, 2020 it became known that now with SAP it is possible to integrate the Diadoc, Ekstern and Focus. In the long term — certification of other solutions. It is important for clients who work only with the certified products according to security requirements of their IT departments.

As products of the Circuit received certification

The circuit underwent the first certification on the integration solution of the Diadoc with SAP in November, 2015. Now a Circuit.ERP — the certified solution between the system of the operator of e-document flow and SAP ERP which helps to organize the protected electronic document management.

In April, 2020 the Circuit received the certificate of seamless integration already on three modules:

• Circuit.ERP Diadoc: exchange of legally significant electronic documents with partners,
• Circuit.ERP Ekstern: personnel electronic document management,
• Circuit.ERP Focus: check of the organizations on reliability.

Products of the Circuit passed the program of certification of integration with SAP NetWeaver — the platform on which complete solutions for business are based. The integration Circuit.ERP complex integrates accounting, production management and electronic document management. The solution certified on compatibility with SAP NetWeaver corresponds to the domestic legislation, suits the Russian and international companies which do business in Russia.

Why certification is necessary

Certification — documentary confirmation that the developed solution conforms to requirements of SAP to quality of integration.

A number of corporate clients has strict requirements to the set software, one of which is certification. Especially it is important for corporations: often their IT departments prohibit to use the solutions which did not undergo certification. 2016: Compatibility with SAP NetWeaver of version 7.0

Since February, 2016 Circuit.ERP has the status SAP Certified Integration which confirms compatibility with version 7.0 SAP NetWeaver application server. Thereby the center of integration and certification of SAP certified that solution "Circuit.ERP" v1.0 completely conforms to requirements of the integration scenario of certification of ABAP Add-On Deployment for the version of SAP ECC 6 EHP 7. This solution provides seamless integration of an electronic document management system "Diadoc" and SAP. As a result users can exchange electronic legally significant documents through the Diadoc system directly from SAP.
