Cisco DMVPN

Cisco DMVPN - a dynamic multipoint virtual private network (DMVPN) - the solution on the basis of Cisco IOS Software for creation of scalable virtual private networks (VPN) protected at the level of the IP protocol.

Cisco DMVPN uses the centralized architecture for simplification of implementation and management of deployment which are necessary for differentiation of access control of different user groups and employees: including mobile, switched and users of external networks.

Cisco DMVPN allows filial structures of the enterprises to keep in contact with each other directly, using the Internet. At the same time between the websites it is not required to support permanent connection to VPN. It allows to minimize deployment of secure channels of VPN and improves network performance due to reduction of a delay time and fluctuations during optimization of use of bandwidth.
