On September 10, 2018 it became known that the Cisco Meraki company provided Meraki Go – a line of the access points of WiFi which are specially developed for small and house business. Device management is exercised using the simple and convenient application.

With Meraki Go help owners of small businesses will be able to regulate parameters of use of the WiFi networks, and the master of installation provided in the solution will allow to configure WiFi networks in only several minutes. Thus, in shops, restaurants and cafe it will be possible to separate traffic of visitors from corporate traffic, raising thereby the security level. At the same time owners of Meraki Go will have an opportunity to set limits of use of these or those applications and to prohibit the clients access to undesirable websites. For small offices with limited bandwidth there will be useful a functionality of prioritization of different types of traffic that will allow to exclude situations when stream video slows down transfer of working information.
