The management system for corporate IT infrastructure of Cisco Prime allows IT departments to manage more effectively the networks and network services. The management system of Cisco Prime is under construction on a service-oriented basis and a set of the general operational attributes. It supports the intuitive user interface focused on workflows for all architecture, technological solutions and Cisco networks that allows to simplify management of networks, to increase efficiency of operation, to accelerate search and fault recovery and to increase predictability of quality of network services. Here main characteristics of this solution:
- the convergent management of users and access to wired and wireless networks providing enhanced capabilities of monitoring of terminal units and the politician that, in turn, accelerates search and fault recovery and increases efficiency of operation;
- "intellectual" diagnostic system of transfer of multimedia traffic for monitoring, diagnostics and drawing up reports on sessions of Cisco TelePresence® and to media channels using the built-in "intellectual" network functions;
- the advanced opportunities of analytics and optimization supporting the complex functions of monitoring accelerating diagnostics and increasing performance of network applications;
- the integrated workflows with management at all levels - from the level of applications to infrastructure level - simplify selection of resources, management of services Cisco EnergyWise, Cisco TrustSec and optimization of media networks, allow to reduce number of errors and to accelerate implementation.
