Cislink Data Tracking Service (DTS)

Data Tracking Service (DTS) - a product provides detailed collecting of the reporting - in distribution networks, and consolidation of data - at the central office, for the analysis.

Service helps to collect information on a remaining balance and sales by clients/outlets, arrival, detailing on warehouses, credit limits. By means of service managers have an opportunity to obtain data on a goods remaining balance in the distributor's warehouse on the products, information on sales of the distributor in monetary or quantitative value, to expand the acquired information by viewing sales on each certain sales representative or the client (partner) of the distributor^[1].

Integration with the distributor and the producer

Service represents daily data collection from the accounting systems of distributors and the subsequent providing to the producer in any formats (ASCII, the MS Excel, TXT, CSV, DBF, XML, EDI, etc.) and different methods (the report can go by e-mail, give all the best on FTP servers and/or be browsed on the web portal).

At the request of the producer, CISLink can develop any format for import of collected data to an information system of the producer (SUN, SAP, Business Objects, Sherloke, EWR, Scala, JD Edwards, etc.).

Converting of information on "language" of the producer

One of key advantages of Service of Control by Data - the translation of information from the distributor's "language" (accounting codes or own names) on "language" of the producer (articles, EAN codes, the SAP codes).

In cases when resources of the producer do not allow to organize timely and correct introduction of articles of goods or any other important attributes, for example, for classification of partners by routes, directly in bases of distributors, it is possible to use the CISLINK web portal for introduction of this information and its maintenance in the centralized type in CISLINK base, with the subsequent export to the analytical system of the producer.

Aggregation of information

There is a possibility of aggregation of information (on one saps code there can be several accounting codes of the distributor, so-called lot-based accounting), with the subsequent consolidation on brands, categories and other levels of commodity hierarchy of the Producer.

Retrospective data

One of features of CISLINK service - a possibility of receiving retrospective adjustments of postings, documents in bases of distributors. As a rule, it is the period in 14 or 30 days. The reports collected by operators (as a rule, once a week or in a month), such advantage are deprived.
