Click Service Retail is a BI-application.
On May 19, 2015 it became known of creation by X5 Retail Group company with assistance of Corus Consulting CIS of the BI solution - Click Service Retail.
"Our company has more than 5 thousand suppliers — Valentina Zolotareva, the head of department on work with suppliers of retail chain stores Intersection noted. — And we need to understand and always to control what goods quantity will come to our shops. If the supplier is regularly late or brings not that goods quantity which we planned, and we, and supplier companies lose profit. On identification of the reasons for which there was this or that failure a lot of time leaves, and often we learn about failure too late. Thanks to Click Service Retail this problem will be solved".
The portal provides at any time, worldwide and from any gadget access to:
- to uniform information base of retail chain stores;
- to the analysis of deliveries by key indicators of KPI;
- to tracking of timeliness of deliveries to retail chain stores;
- detailings of information within each order;
- to component analysis of the reasons of underdeliveries;
- to uniform method of calculation of KPI of indicators.
KPI treats key indicators:
- Service Level is accomplishment of orders in value term. The ratio of amount of the confirmed orders from the supplier to the amount of the shipped orders from suppliers is calculated;
- Service Level Time is timely accomplishment of orders in value term. For suppliers there will be an opportunity to control finding of vehicles in the territory of retail chain stores, considering arrival time and time of their departure.
Igor Zelenko, the commercial director of Corus Consulting CIS, explained: "Measurement of level of service in the different companies is calculated differently. The single system of calculation was developed by specialists of retail chain stores Intersection. Starting the Click Service Retail portal, we have no need for cardinal change of information platforms. The Click Service Retail portal allows to react quickly to any problems connected with deliveries and to make the correct management decisions".
As of May 19, 2015 the solution is put into trial operation, replication is planned for May-June, 2015.
