In May, 2018 Sberbank and SAP announced start of cooperation in development of HR solutions for the Russian market. At the initial stage of cooperation of the company are going to create cloud services based on the SAP solution SuccessFactors and to sell them, first of all, to state customers.
Speaking about premises of joint developments with Sberbank in this area, the Deputy CEO of SAP CIS Andrey Goryaynov specified TAdviser that Sberbank - the largest user of HR-SAP products in the CIS. In addition to on-premise HR-SAP solution unrolled on the party of bank and automating basic processes of personnel records, payroll, etc. since the beginning of 2018 Sberbank uses a cloud service based on SAP SuccessFactors which was finished under his requirements. It covers processes of selection and hiring of personnel, talent management, motivation of personnel, etc.
As of April, 2018 based on SAP SuccessFactors 230 thousand employees of the bank, and further, after connection to it of all subsidiary companies of Sberbank used a system, the number of employees in a system should reach 270 thousand.
The cloud solution based on SuccessFactors which is earlier developed for Sberbank is going to be finished under needs of other state companies and state organizations now and to sell them services on its base according to the SaaS model as to primary clients, Goryaynov tells TAdviser. According to him, it was the idea of Sberbank.
The parties are going to distribute a new cloud service to state customers from DPC of SAP CIS on the platform of Rostelecom, Goryaynov specified TAdviser. In turn, Sberbank will offer service to the clients via own channels. At Sberbank "powerful network of corporate sales", the representative of SAP CIS noted.
According to the Deputy CEO of SAP CIS to complete development of cloud services and the company would like to bring them to the market until the end of 2018.
Andrey Goryaynov noted also that creation of joint IT solution for third-party clients is the first case of similar cooperation with Sberbank. At the same time in SAP CIS hope that it will not become the last.
Change of the Russian economy requires new approaches to development of a human capital. At the expense of it the need for solutions and services for high-quality talent management grows. Sberbank considers SAP as one of strategic partners for improvement of own IT systems.
