iTop is an open-source-product with functionality of CDMB (databases of management of a configuration) and ITSM.
On February 10, 2016 the Combodo company announced release of the modified release[1].
iTop helps to organize service of technical support (helpdesk), to store information on the equipment and assets (networks, licenses, etc.) and to create reports. The source code is written for PHP and as the database MySQL is used. The license of a product is GNU Affero GPL v3.
In release of iTop of version 2.2.1 error corrections are made (a set of files in tmp at backups with errors, hangup of a text "A restore is running. Please wait...", zero at the beginning of lines when exporting to Excel, etc.), are made the changes affecting the module of support and synchronization with e-mail.
