Comcor-Bank

AKADO Telecom together with the Bank of Russia is a developer of the selected protected access network to MTsI of the Bank of Russia built for exchange of electronic payment documents between financial institutions of the Moscow region and an automated system of interbank settlements of the Bank of Russia. Connection to Comcor-Bank network provides high degree of security and allows banks to carry out transactions to short terms.

The project of COMCOR-Bank became a basis for creation of a common information space for the public financial services and commercial structures. More than 240 financial institutions, including 120 banks of the Moscow region among which there are a Sberbank of Russia, Alfa-Bank, URALSIB, Petrocommerce Bank, Gazprombank, INVESTSBERBANK, MDM Bank, Moscow Industrial Bank, Probusinessbank, Promsvyazbank and other companies are already connected to network.

2016: AKADO Telecom increased network transmission capacity of COMCOR-Bank

The COMCOR company (trademark of AKADO Telecom) in the summer of 2016 increased capacity of communication channels of Comcor-Bank network by 10 times. For these purposes upgrade of the nodes of data transmission providing information exchange between financial institutions and the Interregional Information Processing Center (IIPC) of the Bank of Russia was carried out.

The necessity of execution of works is caused by increase in volumes of the transmitted data owing to expansion by the Bank of Russia of services for transfer of financial messages for credit institutions. As a result the level of loading of channels of COMCOR Bank network grew more than three times. First of all it is connected with active connection of clients of AKADO Telecom - credit institutions - to a transmission system of financial messages of the Bank of Russia (SPFS).

For information: SPFS is created as the alternative channel of interbank interaction for ensuring the guaranteed and uninterrupted transfer of electronic messages on financial transactions in the SWIFT format. The purposes of creation of SPFS is risk reduction, affecting security and confidentiality of transfer of financial messages. SPFS functioning based on MTsOI of the Bank of Russia provides exchange of financial messages in the SWIFT formats, control of their receiving, determination of the list of the partners and types of the financial messages accepted from them.

The network of the high-speed protected exchange of electronic payment documents between credit institutions and an automated system of interbank settlements of MTsOI of the Bank of Russia – COMCOR-Bank - is successfully operated more than 10 years. The system of double reservation of telecommunication equipment and fiber lines of communication conforms to the international requirements to communication networks of payment systems and requirements of reliability and security of the Bank of Russia.

Besides based on Comcor-Bank network the selected access network to the Automated System of Electronic Interaction (ASEI) of GU of the Bank of Russia across the CFD using which the protected electronic document management when sending financial statements is provided is created. Thus, AKADO Telecom within one connection to network provides to credit institutions telecommunication services in a protect mode for implementation of financial activities. Now AKADO Telecom services more than 250 banks of the Moscow region, regional and federal government financial structures.
