Communication of GIS

Esri company on behalf of the exclusive representative across Russia and the CIS countries – Esri CIS companies, and the Russian developer of Inventory-systems for telecommunication operators, Technograd Plus company, signed in August, 2011 the cooperation agreement and mutual integration of the software products.

Technograd Plus – the Russian software maker for process automation of technical accounting and management of telecommunication equipment. The system of the GIS "Communication 3" is used for service about 20% of number capacity of all interregional companies of Svyazinvest holding, and in JSC CenterTelecom and JSC Dalsvyaz (now Rostelecom branches of JSC) a system is used for 100% of network. Now the company develops medical information systems, successful system implementation of Electronic registry passed in Novosibirsk.

Use of achievements of Esri company in the field of space processing, storage and visualization of geodetails will provide to telecommunication operators – users of a system of OSS "Communication 7" and the medical systems developed Technograd Plus, absolutely new highly effective opportunities of business, and to the state customers will allow to lower operating costs and to increase service quality of the population.

For Esri company this cooperation will give the chance to expand the presence in Russia in the field of telecommunications and medical information systems.
