In October 2022, the Russian company Concordia introduced a compact truck with an electric motor and a capacity of GAZelle (1.5 tons). The first pictures of the prototype of the future novelty, revealing the features of its design, were published by the Russian Car Telegram channel.

According to the source, the pre-production sample of the electric truck presented in the picture is equipped with a 15 kW (72 V) engine - the first copies of the car will receive the same power plants. In the future, it is expected to switch to more powerful units (30 kW/144 V), as well as a 400 Ah battery with an estimated range of 250 kilometers on a single charge.

It is planned to produce a truck in small quantities, the price by mid-October 2022 is not reported.

Concordia is a domestic project for the manufacture of electric vehicles, implemented without state support and investment. This is stated on the manufacturer's website.

I am sure that the future lies with environmentally friendly transport. The main task of the Concordia project is to maximize the saturation of the Russian market with practical environmentally friendly transport, and to create the basis for the production of a serial electric car, - said the head of the company Alexei Mikheev.[1]
