Consyst Smart Service

Consyst Smart Service is the service of predictive analytics intended for forecasting of repairs of the equipment and constructed based on a cloud platform of Azure.

2018: Announcement

On May 15, 2018 the Consist Business Group company held the presentation of service of predictive analytics of Consyst Smart Service in which are applied machine learning technology and Internet of Things. Using the data on a real condition of equipment obtained from the sensors installed on the equipment, Consyst Smart Service allows to configure and train a forecasting model of date of a hardware failure, and then to transfer data retrieveds to the ERP system.

The solution is integrated with Microsoft IoT Hub service and uses it for aggregation of the data obtained from the sensors installed on the equipment. After the online analysis of the acquired information the filtered data come to the service of forecasting Azure Machine Learning allowing to do the forecast of breakdowns. Due to flexibility of setup of service the predictive analytics can be executed for the different equipment and using different forecast models.

Presents the solution Consyst Smart Service to the enterprises the real help in digital transformation. It allows to increase reliability of operation of the equipment. Such effect is reached due to use of modern forecasting methods of hardware failures using data which we obtain using Internet of Things.
