2021: Electronic Register of Powers and Functions

The Electronic Register of Powers and Functions module appeared as part of the Kontur.Gosoblako solution. It helps to compare the load and effectively distribute among authorities, structural units and staff units the powers and functions that are prescribed by law. This was announced on November 29, 2021 by SKB Kontur.

The Electronic Register of Powers and Functions is a large information system. It works on the basis of personnel accounting of authorities databases and regulatory legal acts. The module is loaded data from these programs, divided into powers and functions, and then linked to the regular structure of the authorities. As a result, the customer receives convenient analytical information about the employment of all departments and each employee individually. As well as the ability to form in electronic form and update the necessary provisions and regulations for the work.

We supplemented the product with a new module, as we saw a great need for it from customers.
