2024: Courier-30 will be the first among Russian drones to enter the register of domestic industrial products according to the point system

In mid-May 2024, it became known that the Courier-30 was the first Russian drone to be included in the register of domestic industrial products under the point system. According to the press service of the National Technological Initiative (NTI), this drone, developed by the Nizhny Novgorod company Cleverkopter, has already received an examination act that will allow it to enter the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to new requirements.

We were the first in Russia to receive an examination act for the Courier-30 drone by government decree No. 719, "says Sergey Gusev, head of Cleverkopter (quoted by RIA Novosti). - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry by this act officially confirmed that the Courier-30 is an unmanned aviation system manufactured in Russia, fully complies with the criteria for "Russian" established by the state. Until December 2023, products that received a ST-1 certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry could be included in the register of Russian industrial products.

According to the Bespilot Telegram channel, In order to receive the title of "domestic" and count on appropriate preferences, the UAV will have to score a certain number of points due to the use of domestic components. So, for an unmanned aircraft (ALS) helicopter type, the minimum threshold is 800 points, from January 1, 2025 it will be 900 points, from January 1, 2026 - at least 1800 points.

For UAVs of an aircraft type weighing 1 kg, but no more than 30 kg, you need to score 600, 1100 and 1400 points in 2024, 2025 and 2026. respectively, and for ALS of a multirotor type with a maximum take-off weight of 500 kg, 400 points will be required in 2024 and 2025, and from January 1, 2026 - 1300 points.[1]
