2022: Credo Transkor 3.2 with revised custom scenarios for calculating NTv2 grids
Updated version of CREDO TRANSKOR 3.2 has been released. All users of the previous version with the issued Subscription can receive this free of charge. This was announced by Credo-Dialogue on March 18, 2022.
The upgrade requires reprogramming the hardware protection key.
Changes implemented in this release:
- Completely redesigned custom scenarios for calculating NTv2 grids, geoid models, vertical correction. The redesigned functions, through a system of prompts and messages, allow you to correctly prepare the source data for the calculation and monitor each step of the execution.
- Refined NTv2 grid calculation algorithm, geoid models provide accurate values at the edges of the calculation area.
- Refined SRTM data loading functionality. The data is loaded as a height matrix, which can be exported or used as a basis for assigning heights to points, if necessary.
- Added export of coordinate system definitions to Mapinfo/wkt formats.
- The functionality of the geodetic library has been refined: system elements have been added, the ability to create a resource based on the existing one (cloning), the geoid model and NTv2 grid are copied to the system folder when added to the library.
- Geoid models are fully imported and exported in the following formats: RGM, GEM, GGF.
