2022: Inclusion in the register of Russian software

The CrossTech Smart Assets IT asset management solution developed by Crosstech Solutions Group was included in the register of Russian software. CrossTech announced this on January 13, 2022.

The inclusion of the CrossTech Smart Assets solution in the register makes it possible to introduce the system to state corporations and CII facilities. CrossTech Smart Assets allows you to organize information about the company's IT assets and update it in real time. The system is based on a high-level Java platform for creating open source enterprise information systems CUBA Platform (Open Source) version 7.2.

The Crosstech Solutions Group system solves the following issues:

• Creation of a single information space in terms of accounting for the company's assets;
• Automate IT asset lifecycle management;
• Comparison of detected software with purchased licenses;
• Maintaining a register of contracts and documents related to assets;
• Automation of procedures for acceptance and registration of assets, transfer of assets, accounting of contracts and supplies, classification and categorization of assets, management of cases (applications, requests and work orders) in terms of the asset management procedure, tracking of the financial component of assets, inventory;
• Building statistical graphs and reports for analytics.

CrossTech Smart Assets is being implemented in order to increase the transparency of asset accounting, reduce the financial costs of software licensing and increase the efficiency of the company's ITAM procedures.
